- If your return is approved, you will receive return address information.This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from FREYAT via website.
- All returns are processed within 3 business days and confirmation is provided via email.

Please contact customer service for return authorization information by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 45 days of receipt of your order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.FREYAT does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. FREYAT does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of FREYAT.com.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and our customer service will contact you.New item will be processed within 1-3 business day.
